I Cant Stay On A Diet Plan?

396545382 I will do perfect and excercise everyday atleast 20 mins. then after a week i just kinda stop. It's kinda hard because i am 15 and go to school so they dont have very healthy choices for lunch and i just need a boast. i want to lose about 60 pounds :) PLEASE HELP.

  1. Tami - Don't go on a diet plan...do a lifestyle change. Because on a diet after your done on it your going to gain weight back anyways.

    I lost weight by eating 1200-1300 calories a day and working out at least 3 days a week. I would just do either a jillian michaels, taebo, or zumba workout.

    I lost on average 2.5 lbs a week....but over 3 months it was 30 lbs. You can do it..

    I would suggest finding low calorie food options...I ate steamed broccoli and baked chicken several days a week. That meal is only about 350 calories. Light popcorn is a great snack too...a half a bag is only 100 calories....and obviously no pop...or at least drink diet.
