Quixoni D - Write down some commitments to what you want to achieve and what you'll promise yourself be doing and sign it. Some examples are like : Running around the neighborhood for 30 minutes,eat only when sitting at a dining table free of distractions such as television, internet and reading articles. No softdrinks with meals. Some advice to take away your mind from food is to create activities to keep those hands and mouth busy. Hopefully you will continue to be healthy after 2 weeks. Good Luck.
Tweety Pie - yup u can :) i have already lost 3 kgs in just 2 weeks of healthy dieting
here's my diet chart
Meal 1 : morning (just when you get up ) - have any fruit apple,banana,papaya within 10 mins of your getting up
post workout : half glass skimmed milk or any other protein shake and 3 pieces of apple
Meal 2 : after 45 mins (breakfast) - egg white omelette or sandwich or any home cooked food ( what i am eating here ismy typical indian breakfast like chapati , poha )
Meal 3 : after 2 n half hours - cucumber or peanuts( just a handful of it ) or a bowl of curd or sprouts with lemon (only a bowl ) or juice or tender coconut water
Meal 5 : after 2 hrs - same as meal 3 ( you can have either of the above given food)
Meal 6 : after 2- 2 n half hrs - again salad with curd or chicken if you a non-veg
Meal 7 : after 2 hours -Have a glass of skimmed milk ( m having daal in this case )
maintain the gapings (this is must ) but eat in small quantities (another imp. point ) and please have a fruit wihn 10 mns of your waking up and also a carb and protein as mentioned after workout (this will contribute for the energy lost )
have the last meal before 2 hours of your bedtime and have atleast 5 liters of water a day eat more when active and less when sitting idle
Solid - dont eat nothing if you are that desperate everything needs its time...until then suffer
