  3. Brian - Hey man, I hate to say it but its about that time for puberty. I started gettin my acne when I was 14 and its still runnin strong, im 18. I didnt handle it properly though. The best way to handle it is to see a dermatologist right away so he can start you out on some simple prescriptions. Nothing extreme, but just so you dont break out as bad later. And always always, stay away from fried foods, drink plently of water, wash your face. Just general daily things to keep in mind. But hey, everybody gets pimples/zits. Dont sweat it.

  5. ^_^ - don't try toothpaste it doesn't work for everyone it might even make it worse don't try any home remedies you find on the internet because they are probably not going to work or just make it worse.

Wash your face 2 times a day never wash it more than 3 it'll make your skin dry and create more acne.
eat healthy food and drink water and also you can try any creams like proactive.

Although if you really want a cream for the zits on your face then the best you can do is go to a dermatologists he will look at your skin and zits and will determine what kind of cream is best for you :]

Also and very important don't ever touch your zits!! EVER you'll just spread it

I am obsessed with skin care and having suffered with getting zits and spots in the past, now my skin is clear, I hope to help you out. Please read everything I have written:!

First off all, you're only 13 and getting spots is completely normal at your age. You're going through puberty and you aren't and won't be the only teenager going through this. Also, having a few spots isn't the end of the world. Being 13 it is to be expected to get some spots and don't be totally angry if your spots come back from time to time, as hormones and aging play a bit part of it. I am 18 finally and being an adult, has helped.

I don't believe you should use Stridex and whatever you do don't use clear and clear! it's awful for your skin and it contains so much chemicals that your skin hates. Sure it most probably works the first time, but it will add to your spots and make them redder. Could also be one of the reasons why you have spots. I also don't suggest you use toothpaste, because they have chemicals too.

    Home remedies:

To get rid of these acne scars if you have any, here is the best for you. I always do this, especially in the summer when the sun is out - but you know in England, there's hardly any sun D: buy some lemons from the shop. Press them and get the fresh lemon juice - it doesn't matter if there are any bits or pips in them. Then just apply the lemon juice onto your face and scars. You can do this even if you don't have any scars, but just to help get rid of the acne. You apply it on your face and leave it for a few minutes. DON'T! add any water. Adding something to it, will kill off all the good bits, just leave it as it is. It will sting a bit, but it doesn't matter. If you want blonde highlights for your hair, sit in the sun for 30 minutes and apply the lemon juice all over your hair. Works like a treat and saves money to the hairdresser ;] so yeah, bascially apply it on your face

Next do this to your face every week. I put clay on my face every week and it works wonders. The clay is not the clay you use for pottery, but the healthy clay used for your face. You can buy it any health food store and make sure it's all natural. Apply the clay all over your face, especially where you have spots and leave the clay until your face feels hard and once the clay has set remove the clay. Remove the clay slowly using warm wattered cotton buds and remove it all. Do this every week and only once a week. You should notice a difference in a few days.

Also, having zits inbetween your eyebrows is very common. Good luck and hoped I helped xoxo
