So.ive recently been.diagnosed with a sinus infection. I was given antibiotics. And am.on.day 5 and.the pain has come back. My head hurts so bad and all in my forehead. I was starting to feel better and today it came back. Ive done the nasal rinse and sinus meds but feel terrible today. Any ideas? I have a drs appointment monday. But wanted some insight in the meantime! Im 23 f btw

susanperr - I have had many sinus infections. Keep taking the antibiotics and doing nasal rinse. If you still don't feel that much better after taking all the antibiotics tell your doctor. That happened to me. The antibiotics they gave me did not work for me so they gave me a stronger one. Doctors usually give one type but if it does not work they can give you a better or stronger one.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you need to get as much rest and sleep as you can so the antibiotics will work. Your body needs lots of rest especially when you are sick to heal itself. Cut down on sugar and drink lots of liquids and eat soup. Lots of liquids help also.
