dumplingmuffin - its a verruca ,or some call it a plantar wart,,they are highly infectious and needs treatment,you can do it yourself with gel from the chemist or see a doctor
? - I think its a splinter, what you need to do is get a pair of tweezers and brake the skin the grab the wood, metal ... ect whatever it is out. Its going to hurt but if you don't its gonna hurt more.
