Can I Eat A Little Bit More And Still Lose Weight?

396545382 The past 7 days I haven't been eating very much to lose weight, and I was wondering if I could eat a little bit more and still lose weight. Or am I going to gain it all back and then not lose anymore?

  1. Neil - Absolutely, just eat more protein, some carbs, and make sure you get plenty of vitamins/minerals.

    Getting slimmer, is all about eating at the right balance, food restriction isn't a sustainable weight-control tool.

  2. Oz - Yes, you can definitely eat more and lose weight. The trick is to know what foods are ok to eat and which ones are not. But diet is only about 65% of losing weight. You need to do some exercise as well. You don't need to kill yourself, but take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for walks and stay active.
