Recently, now and again ive felt my heart beat faster than normal and chest tighten for short periods of time, i dont loose shortness of breathe but im still worried about it, i get stressed easily so could this be a factor towards this happening. Sarah Meeks - They are panic attacks I suggest getting anxiety pclls such as Xanax or Vallium. Good luck!
