I am a runner, healthy weight, eat healthy, exercise 5 days a week. My blood pressure is usually 110/60, but recently has been around 135/95. The doctor wants me to watch it & come back in a week.
But what can I do to lower it?? Everything I look up says to exercise & eat right, but I already do those things.
Help???
I'm only 26, so that's why this sudden BP spike has me worried.
