Strength/body Building Tips?

396545382 Im thirteen and i find that Im not weak but also not strong, im only above average (fitness n stamina etc.) my 10km run timing is 1hr(which i consider good) but what i need to train now is my arm power, i don't really need to grow muscle, the most important thing is to grow stronger. Any tips on how to train my arm strength? My school has this physical education test that requires me to do 7 pull up to pass, and also, i find that my punches are not that hard
