jamm2000 - Following a healthy eating plan and exercising, you should be able to reasonably lose about 10lbs by Christmas. Healthy weight loss for long term success is about 1-2 lbs / week. You may want to try Weight Watchers. It has helped me not only lose weight but to think about what I eat and the consequences of making bad choices. It's not restrictive at all, but you just have to think before you go shoving food down your face. Good luck!
