My Teeth Are A Total Mess Help!?

One of my teeth broke like right down the middle and I have a wisdom tooth coming in that's pushing them all over the place again and I want to get a second brace like really badly, I have too many teeth and I have bruxism. I reaallly need help, even now I can feel that ache of my teeth being pushed about.
Forgot to mention, I can't get home right now so the emergency dentist is the only place I can go and they wont help me unless it's an emergency.
