Ronah - If you drink 8-12 ounces of room temperature lemon water approximately thirty minutes before large meals (breakfast and dinner, usually- you can add lunch if you want to), you may lose a bit of weight. It prepares your body and helps with digestion. You could try some teas: green, dandelion, etc. I don't know how helpful they would be, but if consumed regularly, they may have a small impact on your metabolism.

ReplyDeleteDani - yes, add lemon juice to even cold water. Lemons curb your appetite. The best is hot green tea with lemon juice and drink LOTS of water!
