Braces And Retainers.?

396545381 i had braces for just over 3 months and i heard that you will have to wear a retainer after braces ..

so i was wondering if my doctor said i will have braces for 1.5 to 2 yrs are retainers included?

and are they kind of annoying???? should i worry about it right now..

and btw im 14

    Shalah Rumsey - i had my braces for 3 years and just got them off a month ago and yes retainers are included.
    they can get annoying taking it out every time you eat and you will probably get in the habit of taking them out with your tongue but its okay and you have to clean them and its some what irritating but its cool (:
