fawl10310 - Because muscle weighs more than fat. Even though you are eating healthy and working out, you are losing fat and toning and gaining muscle. That is a good thing. Don't worry about your weight. Your weight is just a number. Just get to a point where you are happy with what you see in the mirror.
Beast - You can always overeat your diet; if you ate too much calories, you're going to gain weight regardless of what you eat. Weight is just a number though, don't worry about it too much. Just worry about how you look. For example, I gain more weight(20lbs) since working out but I look better than I use to.
Patrick4024 - It was probably muscle tissue. This takes up less room than fat cell and will help you burn off fat.
