Natalie - I'm a dental hygienist :-) If you can afford bleaching trays made by a dentist ($200-$300) that's a quick way to do it. If that's a bit much for you then buy Crest or Colgate Whitening Strips, colgates new Whitening toothpaste called Optic ( red tube) and Listerines whitening mouth rinse. Avoid wine, soda, tea and coffee and you should get results in about two weeks! :-)
hi...i mean hello - the best thing to do is to go to your dentist and have them make you custom bleaching trays and get the right directions on how to use it. using over the counter products could be harmful and cause sensitivity or cause your teeth to become transparent
The Gryffindor Seeker - Well, the professional whitening from a dentist is WAY expensive. I would try the crest white products (strips, mouthwash, ect.)
cat_Luvr - I use crest advance white strips. They really work for me although sometimes they make my teeth a little sensitive. Hope this helps
