Whats The Best Way To Get Rid Of Spots?

396545389 They are all over my chest and back and have been there for a long time and still wont go away. I wash them with shower gel and put spot cream on them everyday.
Can anybody recomend anything which will help clear them up ?

    Alex - 2 drops of baby oil... every night b4 u go to bed, just rub to drops of baby oil on ure body
