Ok so i execise and burn like 1600 calories! I normally eat really sma tho, could this b making me put on weight? Can someone give me a sample of wat n how much i should b eatting? Atm i eat an apple for breakfast, sandwich or 2 for lunch and dinner
khole12 - What kind of bread do you use in your sandwich? Pumpernickel and rye aids weight loss. Also mayo/ketchup is mostly fat and sugar. Water is an effective weight loss tool. Are you active do you work out? Stress is contributory towards weight gain (it may not be your meal plans at all.) To counteract this, an active workout like running/jogging can be easily implemented.
Bob - Try eating more often. Keep your intake small, just more often. Up to 6 times a day.
