My mattress is on the ground, halfway in the closet, and my closet is open to the next room which is cement- on the way through is under a stairwell. I want to know how to prevent getting bed bugs and how I can exterminate them. I am not sure it is bed bugs because I used Gain Fabric softener and the next day developed a rash along my torso and back. Incredibly itchy. Was inflamed into red patches the first day, but after a few days, it just shows red spots. Like i had been scratching at them and they scabbed over. But I haven't scratched at them! And if I had it's accidentally and it hurts badly when I do so!! (Even tho they DO itch BADLY)
What can I do if they are bed bugs?
