I Don't Have Health Isurance, I Need To Seek Help?

396545116 I'm really depressed and thinking about suicide thoughts a lot.
Somebody said I should see a psychiatrist, and receive meds
I live in lombard il, I'm 22.
I know they cost a lot money, to go see.
How about can I see them
Is there a sliding scale
Or somewhere free?
I'm new to this

    Moderate Somber - All states provide coverage for the poor, they have different names, in some states it is called Medical. There are also Federal Agencies. Check SCHIP (Google) Also Google PCIP for your state. Many universities which have a medical school provide assistance on a sliding scale or for free. You should also contact the social services.

    april - wrong forum. Go to the hospital er and tell them you want to kill yourself and they will ship you to the psych ward.
