scary01 - lol there's an irony, people usually want to lose weight.. anyway and anywhore here it is
1) Fast foods 2) Fried foods with lots of oil 3) bread
basically any food with alot of carbohydrates, if u want to gain weight avoid eating alot of protein, because it takes alot of energy to burn. ie: fish or chicken etc.. Dont move around too much, sit in front of a tv all day
4) eat more food and eat dinner later than 9pm onwards. body metabolism is very weak at night. 5) drink coke 6) people usually take in 2000 calories a day average, one kilo (2lbs~) is about 7300 calories, u just have to take in more than that. 7) exercise, lift weights, do little running and lift weights. Lifting weights will turn fat into muscle which will be even heavier than fat plus makes u look good 8) most important, be consistent and eat big meals
Alternative: u might want to try this, eat alot in one meal Ie break fast and leave it till 11pm, your body will slow down the metabolism as it's thinking that you're in starvation mode so the fat burning slows down too, i'm sure you're aware of the "yo yo effect" u could use that to gain weight
jadehope - that's a healthy weight. why would you want to risk your health and gain?
