How Likely Is This To Be A Brain Tumour? Please Help Me.?

For ONE month - I have had;
Tingling in my left hand, left side of face and left foot (1st symptom)
Headache every day
Loss of appetite
'Floaters' in my eyes (all day) and fuzzy vision (when I wake up)
Pain in my left ear, and sometime a crackling noise in both ears when I hear loud noises.
Depression
Trouble sleeping
Sometimes trouble with balance

I have been to the doctor and I am waiting for a scan, but I just wondered how likely this is to be a brain tumour? Thanks. I am 23 next month.
