tooyoung2bagrannybabe - You need to go get a professional cleaning of your teeth. Then you need to start flossing everyday at least one a day and brush at least twice a day to see any improvement. If you do not take care of this you will lose your teeth eventually.
D - Teeth do not bleed, but gums do and this indicates that you have significant periodontal disease. You need to brush every day at least twice, and floss every day too. Aside from probably having dragon breath, not brushing and flossing is causing the gums to be irritated, which is why they bleed. Over time the gums recede down the teeth from being irritated, and eventually the bone recedes as well, causing the teeth to loosen and fall out. Go to the dentist and get a cleaning, and learn how to brush and floss properly. Then keep up with it.
Ipsa Koehler - It is because of initial stage of gum disease which is known as gingivitis. you have to maintain good oral hygiene to avoid gingivitis. Brush and floss regularly and in addition to that you can also use a mouth wash. maintain a good oral hygiene or otherwise the gum disease will become more severe. you may also require dental cleaning to remove the deposits from your teeth. Abb_ - don't be scared ..... you don't have any disease or something .... it is just because you are using the wrong toothbrush , just get a softer one because it applies a lot less pressure on your gum and since you are not brushing regularly your gum is not used to this much pressure caused by a non soft toothbrush ........ it happened to me after i changed my toothbrush , it took about a week of regular brushing for my gum to get used to the new toothbrush !
okay sometime I can be lazy & not brush my teeth for a period of time but when I brushed them they bleed & the gums look like there bleeding? HeLP!!
