  2. Ann smith - Oh my you sound just like me except I'm 16! You may not have enough iron, don't worry! It's not a bad thing just means you have less iron that you should have. I eat like crazy, drink alot of water aswell but sometimes it's the types of foods you eat. Are you eating healthy? Sleeping has TONS to do with it, you need a good rest. Do you eat breakfast in the morning? And do you get up half an hour before school and rush out of your door. You need to look into all of those things.
Also if you have hit your period yet lots of girls tend to get weak, but one's that are anemic really need the iron to keep them going during the day.

You should really get this checked out! It's not serious at all but if you are anemic, or something else, a doctor can treat it by giving you pills that you take in the morning or however it works!
    Hope you feel better

  3. syl c. - Try to eat dark green leafy veggies (spinach, etc.) and fortified cereals. Vitamin C helps you absorb iron. Vitamin C is very important to add to your veg diet. You could also try a B vitamin deficiency so you could also add this to your diet too. Multivitamin/minerals should be researched and added if needed. You could speak to a nutritionist who can help you with your veg diet and set up some meal planning suited to your individual needs. You need to make sure you are not anemic as symptoms can make you feel weak. Also try to make sure you drink more than just 2 bottles of water as this can cause dehydration. Dehydration can cause you to get lightheaded and dizzy.

Talk to your parents about this if you haven't already and see your physician if your symptoms persist or worsen. Your physician can diagnose and offer treatment, if necessary.

    Hope this helps.
