What Should A Beginner Exercise Routine For A Male Teenager Be?

  1. Jbill - The easiest way for you to start is using your own body weight. Before you start working out try doing some research. Dont believe the very first workout you see as the best because every1 is unique. You should start out just by researching muscles so you know what exercise to add to your routine. After you get an idea go youtube workouts or study those too. Pushups for upper body is always good and is great for beginners and also advanced people. It works yours chest, shoulders, biceps and also your abs a bit if done right.

    he also has great workouts for you to do at home with nothing but a towel or dumbbells.
