Erika - Short T waves= hypokalemia Tall T waves= hyperkalemia prolonged Q-T segment (usually due to drugs) can lead to Torsades (a form of ventricular tachycardia)
aziz - t inversion in precordial leads esp:v1-v4 also can be seen in v5 and v6 asymptomatic mostly and seen in some persons which progresses to anterior wall mi, it is also called lad coronary t wave syndrome or Wellens syndrome.
