What Does "strong Blood Pressure" Mean?

396545385 the doctor said that I had strong blood pressure and that it was a good thing. My only question is besides it "being a good thing" whats that truly mean? why do i have strong blood pressure? I would of asked but the doctor didn't seem enthused about her job or something was up with her
