I am taking modern ballet this year, and my class is only for 45 minutes, and my teacher doen't give us any time to stretch. This is odd to me because I am used to spending at least 5 to 10 minutes of stretching before dancing. Is it okay to dance without stretching? Or should I take time to do it before I come in? I don't want to pull any muscles or hurt myself. (: Thank you! :D
Tabs - you should really take 15 minutes to stretch!

ReplyDeleteChrissy Suranofsky - if you are used to stretching before you dance i would continue to stretch. if there is a way you could do this just before you leave for the class or before she walks into the room.
