Should I Alternate Between Weights And Cardio?

396545382 I just started doing weights, so should I do weights one day then cardio the next and so on? Or weights 4-5 times a week? I'm not lifting much I'm doing 3 pounds just toning my arms. Then I will work my up to 10 pounds

  1. FourPoundHammie - Classic pattern is weights then cardio then weights then cardio etc... And rest on the 7th day.

    But theres other plans out there
