Lexie - Your tongue won't ever stop moving. It's a rapid-moving muscle. I don't know why you get annoyed by it. Maybe it doesn't want to become weak or something. I don't know. I hope this helped though!!!!!!
Blue Dawn - Your tongue should have a resting position. Check with a general dentist or an orthodontist, maybe they can clarify your problem...
I always feel like its in the way in my mouth and It never rests, its always moving its constantly touching my teeth
