Is My Retainer Too Loose?

I just got my braces off today and my retainers put in. I have a permanent one on the bottom and a pop-out one on the top. I can easily pop the top one out with my tongue with minimal effort; is this too loose? I'm in love with my teeth and I spent over 2 years with braces - so I really don't want them again! Is this normal or too loose? I barely put any pressure on it and it moves.

But when I take it out, it feels like my teeth are separating, as if they were tight before, if that makes any sense at all.
