If I Did This Workout Routine Would I ??? ...?

396545382 here is the workout routine. it is for weight lose, and toning muscle i think...

monday, tuesday, thursday, friday, sunday-
30 minutes elliptical
5 minutes cool down
stretch

wednesday-
ballet

i am 5'7 and 1/2. 130 pounds too. i want to look like a victoria's secret model, or somewhat like one. i don't have the curve up top, but i have a little curve down bottom. i am 14, going on 15. first, would this routine, be good for this type of weight loss/ tone up? should i switch out the type of exercise being done? how can i get a little more curve up top too? i have eight weeks to do this, so can it be done? i am also going to incorporate healthy eating, and correct portion sizes... thanks so much !

  1. G - All these are very good but you will still want to do some weight lifting/resistance bands to tone your muscles lower weight high repetition
