I'm On A Diet, Is This Healthy?

396545382 For breakfast I ate half a waffle, and a turkey sausage. For lunch I ate yogurt with strawberries and granola. When I came home from school I ate a quesadilla, it had turkey and cheese in it. And I drank a glass of water. I know I need to drink more water. And I'm going to work out on the treadmill for 30 minutes. And I'm still deciding what to eat for dinner. Is this healthy? Thanks!

  3. Kashmir - yes thats perfectly healthy your limiting yourself with fatty foods but ur still getting protein you need and the granola is a great plus to any diet,,and water is extremely good to drink just drink it when you can you dont need to be drinking water all day long but maybe 3glasses a day i would say and you dont have to limit yourself from any other drink just be cautious of how much u drink of it,,whenever i try to figure out what to make for dinner i go to google.com and in the search bar i enter what i have and what i want it to be for example: "a healthy dinner that has ground beef and tomatoes" and a few links pop up and u can scroll through differentrecipes that are healthy and quick to make

  4. Sweet little Kandy - hey its great.
you dont need to do more excercise than that (like the answer above me said)

try to include some more fruits and veggies in your diet and more grains. for example cut out that breakfast, have an apple and a granola bar or a bowl of whole grain cheerios. . .

for dinner id recommend maybe a portion of veggies, chicken and a bit of brown rice :)
