Rick - The doc should have prescribed or told you to purchase either a strong laxative solution (prescription only) or enemas. You also have to fast for a set period of time - that should be in the doc's instructions as well. If the doc didn't give you instructions, call his office and ask him which he recommends.

april - You should know what clear means...when clear liquid comes out, then you're clean.
