right so i'm 15, i weigh 117 lbs (53 kg), and i want to start working out with my body. i don't really liked an over ripped off body, visible pecs are fine for me. my friend who is 14 years old and weighs 99 lbs (he's small and thin) doesn't have abs but he's got pecs! He used to go to the pool every week in winter (free swimming) and 3 years ago he attended a football school for a short time, so I thought that's how he got chest muscles. I've been doing volleyball for 2 years (But i don't play regularly, only like 2 times a month..) and i don't think i can build pecs with this. Please help me?
