  2. POS Consumables - When a Coeliac sufferer you need to avoid all gluten containing products, these include anything that contains, Wheat, Oats, Barley, Rye or Malt, my daughter was diagnosed at 3 years old and has to avoid all products with these in, even trace elements, some people however can tolerate moderate levels of some and other can eat Oats without issue.

See this website below to view a list of different flours that do and do not contain gluten.

It is the flour within both cakes and pizza that contains the gluten, however you still need to be aware of other products too, such a sprinkles on top of the bun etc that can contain gluten. As an exercise, when at home, check the ingredients list of the items in your cupboards and freezer and you will be surprised how many of them contain gluten or are produced in a factory that handles gluten ( again my daughter has to avoid these, she's that sensitive, as a lot are).
