Brett - There's a very wide range.. hell, at 16 I was considered healthy at 190 and my friend was healthy at 150 and we were both near 5'10".. it depends more on fat content and build
Landon - There is no one right weight, and you won't help yourself by fixating on a number. Eat healthy and stay active and your body will settle at whatever weight is right for you.

ReplyDeleteAren - Everyone's body is different. There is no "normal weight" no matter what the doctors say.
ReplyDeleteDifferent people have different sized bones for example.
Muscle also weights a whole lot more than fat.
I would say that you should try to have a low body fat percentage and be happy with how you look in the mirror.
That is much more important than how you weigh.

ReplyDeleteShiggy - Exactly, there is no way to know what one individual should weight.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to check if you are fit or not just look at your body fat percentage. Much more accurate than checking the weight or BMI.
BMI is very inaccurate, Arnold is considered very obese using the BMI.
