Frog - It should be done at regular intervals. If you have to do it twice a day, it should be done as close to every 12 hours as possible. You don't want to tighten it twice in an hour or you'll do yourself a damage.
Sally - No you want to turn close to every twelve hours like 8 am and 8 pm every day. Because you aren't supposed to turn it too quickly. Any closer together and you will do yourself damage.
tooth975 - It would be best to turn it once in the morning and once in the early evening to allow the appliance to work slowly and this should be done around the same time each day.
ok i have to turn with the key twice a day... can it be anytime or does it have to be like a morning or night?
