Lactose Intolerant Tablets?

396545383 Ok, so, I'm a 14 year old girl who lives in the uk and im lactose intolerant. I've heard about these tablets that you can take which allows you to eat one piece of food with dairy in. Is this true? Where can I get these from ? Would I be allowed to take them as I'm 14? Could you post some links please xx

    pennypincher - Walmart carries them and all drug stores should carry them. They are approx. $7 a bottle. I used to give them to my toddler, so I know you can take them.
