Is My Plan To Lose Wieght At Home Good Enough?

396545382 I run/ walk on my treadmill for abbotu 15- 30 mns.
Then I pedal on my cardio bike for abotu 15 mins.
Later in the day I do pusups situps starjumps, etc.
I sometimes ride my bike around my neighbourhood or swim.
I eat healthy and drink lots of water.
Will this work?

  1. scottwillib@btinternet.com - So long as you continue in this way then yes, it looks like a decent plan. A good amount of exercise coupled with a varied nutritious diet. So long as the portions of healthy food you serve up aren't massive, as you need to burn more calories than you consume.

    Swimming is great for fitness and an all over workout. Ensure you stay hydrated throughout your workout to enable you to push yourself a bit further. Regular sips instead of massive gulps.

  3. JK - yes ! this should work but it is not always what ? you eat but the portion size ! I went to Weight Watchers & in 14 months by being re-educated on what i eat and how much, in 14 months i lost 75 lbs and continuing to maintain that loss after 8 months & there isn't anything i can't have which makes it all the more enjoyable and i don't feel as i am on a diet ! Good Luck !
