Im 5'11 175 How Can I Lose Weight 10 Pts Best Answer?

396545382 O.K so Im a Male and I'm 16 years old, I was always on the heavy and big side and I don't feel happy about my looks. I have long arms and legs, but have a really large midsection. I am running for an hour a day and eating about 1800 kcals. I am bulky and big and I am trying to get thin, lately I did lose 10 pounds but I need some extra help. What weight can I get to, to be thin?

Megan Clark - drink a full glass of water no ice before each meal it is a cheat to lose weight it doesnt make you anorexic but you will eat les because you will feel fuull and dont eat while doing anything else it will distract your mind from the fact that youare eating and you will happen to eat more than you would on a normal day hope this will help
    sit ups 30 a day or more if u can but no less 50 crunches or more no less push ups 5 non girl 20 girl if you can do as many real as long as it adds up to 25 and at least 5 are real(i know u r a boy but dont feel bad if u hav to do girl ones)

  2. Wendy - First things first...try walking instead of running...and cut your calorie intake to 1500 a day. Drink lots of water, and snacking is a real good deterrent to wanting to 'overeat'. I suggest trail mix and fruit....throughout the day..starting your day with a sensible breakfast..such as oatmeal or cereal..and ending your day with a balanced dinner, DON'T eat after 6 pm, and then a good , fast paced, 1-2mile walk to end the day. Late night snacking is hard to avoid, but best to do so when trying to lose weight. Good luck! Oh yeah!! And again...THIN IS NOT IN! You really need to maintain a healthy weight for your age, and size..and remember you ARE still a growing young man. 
