Im 16 Puberty Exercise?

396545382 Hi, im 16 5'3inches and 60 kg i would love to lose some weight (5-10kg) and grow abit taller...considering being a late bloomer( my voice craked like a month ago and i just started getting hair on my body) can i grow taller? till what height can i reach? can jogging everyday help? i eat healthy..
more info: my dad is 6'2 mom is 5'1 and most uncles and aunts are 5'6--6'
if jogging can help how many minutes and miles should i jog per day?

  1. silly_duck4 - exercise is great, but it wont help you get any taller(will definitely keep you healthier though!)

  2. john l - Yes' statisically speaking you will grow taller. Between 2inches and 11inches. Weight lifting does have an effect on growth (one's height) although you are 16 years of age. This is a great time to start lifting. If you were 10 or 12 I would say otherwise. Many people workout at your age and will continue to grow very tall.
