Katia Eberspacher - It is due to getting nervous when situations are about to happen and you will loose control from your point of view. If you place problems inside of you to solve them from your own resources maybe the symptoms could be less traumatic. Stress requires a lot of self control and the courage to care little about the others, it does not mean you'll become rough but just on a safe enough distance to avoid these problems. And who knows: perhaps the words you say to scape these problems are the best somebody has ever said in your field of work to mankind.
Tigger - If you had a stroke you should be getting physical therapy. This is best done withing the first year after suffering a stroke for most improvement. You should also be taking medication to prevent another stroke...
