I keep feeling a little spasm near my heart .. it's not sore of anything but i've had this for two days now on and off and I don't know what this means? help :)
Miyah Jasso - exesixing too much, over working, lack of oxygen. or the worst case a heart attack or clot, but just relax and breathe have someone massage your back thats should help loosen muscles. if it gets worse and u feel lightheaded, or dizzy go to the doctor.
