I Am 60 Yr Old Lady, Don't Exercise Weigh Bout 62 Kg. My Pulse Rate Has Gone Up To 146 Last Week 119. Is This?

  1. sam - If your height is 5'-6" then your weight is alright: but + or - 5 kg is not a problem: this may be due to some anxiety: reduce sugar,take fibre & protein food; exercises ( simple yoga's,breathing exercises) walking an hour per day etc will keep you fit : avoid worry : worry is the cause for deceases

  2. Tawfeeq - take morning walk everyday at 6 am for an hour
    eat 2 bananas a day and your blood pressure will be normal naturally
    do not add salt to food
