Does Allergy Season Cause Shortness Of Breath & Constant Deep Breathing?

396545383 These past 2 days I've been needing to take in deep breaths every couple of seconds just to satisfy myself cause I feel like I'm not getting enough air in. Could it be because of allergy season? I've never had any allergies before or any breathing problems before. I don't have any allergies that I'm aware of, so i don't know. Is this anxiety? Should I go see a doctor?

  1. Wendy - If you are having problems breathing, you need to see a doctor and get checked. You could be developing asthma, have a virus or bronchitis.

    Good luck!

  2. leilani - allergies can happen out of the blue, regardless of previous experience. i developed a sudden allergy to something at the age of 21- it prevails to this day.

anxiety can also trigger anxiety shit. fuck doctors....you can fix it yourself....check out meditation, reiki, etc.
