Nikki Lynn - If everyone on the planet were to live long enough, everyone would get cancer. Although this is only theory and relatively hard to prove, given logic and medical training and understanding of the human body and how cancer is started and grows, it is very likely.

babybabybabyohh - I think a lot of red meat is linked to cancer. These days we hear so much about what can give you cancer, if we illuminated every single factor out of our lives we wouldn't be able to do anything!
imperialpoetpurple - I wouldn't worry about hotdogs as a cancer risk ie. I've read that there was some concern about 'nitrates' in hotdogs being a potential carcinogen I've also read that supposedly drinking orange juice with hotdogs conteracts the nitrates in the dog... I forgot the artcle and wouldn't worry about hotdogs causing cancer. Hotdogs are actually good for you; their biggest risk is the fat and possible grease/oil they could be cooked in... and that risk would be more in the realm of cardiovascular/cholesterol issues...than cancer... There has been some suggestions that eating a lot of smoked meats has a link to stomach cancer due to higher rates of stomach cancers in some cultures like Japan where more smoked meats are consumed...but my understanding is that this has not been proven.. It is sin to eat a hotdog that is not all-beef/a 100% beef dog.
Recently I've been hearing about this A LOT. I was just wondering what your thoughts are... I'm kind of scared!
