Are My Muscles Going To Go Away If I Eat Less?

396545382 i had been doing the same thigh exercises for 2 months but they didnt start showing until i started eating more food for the second month....well i still want to lose some fat..if i cut back on calories will my muscles remain or go away?

    Muscles require protein to build and maintain. If you are trying to build up muscle, you should ensure you are getting enough protein. There are many different places to get protein, but I believe the safest and surest source is whole food. Look specifically for foods that do not have a high fat content, but still have protein. Some examples can be found at the site below.

    Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep and water as well, and vary your exercise routine as muslces will get bored with the same thing every day. Try something new and eat a healthy balanced diet and you will see results! Good luck.
