jackie m - Read the labels and find out but I think they are nut free but they contain gelatin made from pork/beef and they are high in sugar, the sugar free ones are 33% less sugar but the fill you with wind and you run to toilet a lot.
Nana Lamb - if you are allergic to nuts of any kind you must learn to be a good label reader. Carry a magnifying glass for small packages and read the ingredients lists on everything.
