Am I Lactose-intolerant?

396545383 Every morning i eat cereal and i get stomach cramps and one spell of diarrhea but im fine the rest of the day?

    Ratto - Probably.

    Try taking an OTC lactose aid supplement, then that will tell you if indeed that you have a problem with milk and dairy.
